Why I love church

Today at church we had two great prayers, both made me laugh out loud!

The first prayer was by a Sunbeam! The Primary President stands up and helps him,
she whispers in his ear,
Please bless those who are sick
Boy: What?
Pres: Please bless those who are sick
Boy: WHAT?
Pres: Please bless those who are sick!
Boy? WWWWHAAAT!!
Pres: I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen
Boy: NO, the other thing you said!
Pres: Just say I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, AMEN!
Boy: No, what was the first thing you said!
Pres: Please bless those who are sick!
Boy: WHAT?
Pres: Just say AMEN!!
Boy: What was the other thing you said!
Pres: SAY AMEN!
Boy: Amen!!!

Then Sacrament rolls around, and a 80 year old man says the prayer, yes we went from
one extreme to the next.
"I am so grateful that so many people in the ward are attractive, it makes it so much easier to come to church"

I totally felt that way today at church. There were some hot guys, and I'm inspired to go back next week... Hey, whatever gets me to go, right? (I obviously have an issue with church attendance...)

I love the unplanned outtakes and things that go hilariously wrong at church. We have 2 elderly sisters who always make the most outrageous comments in Relief Society. I'm almost afraid to call on them when I teach and yet I'm so fascinated by whatever wisdom laced with odd doctrine might come out of their mouths so I feel almost compelled to call on them. LOL!

Hahahaha! What would he have said if you had a ward full of Ugos?

I heard a 3 yr old neighbor girl give a prayer a little while ago and she said "Thank you, HF for making people sick, and then making them better."
